Bear Creek Youth Lacrosse is dedicated to the development of lacrosse in the Southwest Metro, Bear Creek, Green Mountain, and Lakewood area by providing boys the opportunity to learn and play the game in a fun and challenging atmosphere.

Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the World, and Bear Creek Youth Lacrosse is in need of coaches for its youth lacrosse teams. We welcome all interested coaches to apply regardless of your experience!  Bear Creek Youth Lacrosse, US Lacrosse, and other local lacrosse organizations hold various Coaches Clinics to help new coaches get up to speed fast.  

All application materials need to be completed by Head and Assistant Coaches for consideration by the BCJSA review committee.  Thank you for your time and interest in coaching for the BCJSA Lacrosse.   Please complete the Coaching Application at (Click Here)

ALL COACHES MUST SUBMIT
• Completed BCJSA Lacrosse Coach’s Application
• Current US Lacrosse Membership Number
• Completed: Criminal Background Consent   
• Completed BCJSA Lacrosse Code of Conduct


ALL COACHES MUST ALSO COMPLETE
Completed US Lacrosse Level One Online Certification
Completed Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Double Goal Online Certification
Completed CDC Concussion Training

Additional Requirements for BCJSA Lacrosse Coaches Selection
All Head Coaches must:
a) be approved by the Lacrosse Director,
b) be at least 21 years of age,
c) ensure that the coaches, players, parent and fans conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during games,
d) stress teaching lacrosse fundamentals over using contact, especially at the U-9 level but continuing in higher levels of play.
